Holly’s Bath Time

Holly’s had her first bath time with us tonight. We brought a dog bath from Amazon and we put about two inches of water in and she had a lovely shampoo. A couple of times she wanted out – which I was pleased about because she is letting us know what she wants. However, after a while, she was quite happy. She enjoyed being towel-dried and having a brush. But what happened after, completely overwhelmed me…..

She walked really well across the large rug in our lounge and then continued on the laminate floor for a good few steps. We hadn’t to that point witnessed Holly being able to stand on the laminate floor and there she was walking. I welled up, she is an amazing puppy, with lots of determination and we are so proud of her.
